On May 2nd, in cooperation with the Utah DNR and Utah DWR, Utah WSF participated in a guzzler construction project on the West side of the Newfoundland Mountain range. Guzzler materials, along with Utah WSF volunteers, DNR and DWR employees were flown to the guzzler sites by a 3rd party contracted helicopter service. 800-gallon boss tanks were installed with attached 15’x42’ catchment aprons at two locations. These were the 8th and 9th guzzler projects completed on the Newfies in the last 5 years.
